Hot Pepper homemade cream for arthritis and joint pain

The active component of chili peppers that gives them their heat is called capsaicin, and the hotter the pepper, the higher the level of capsaicin it is not. While rubbing something that seems flaming hot on the sore joints did not initially seem like it would help arthritis, capsaicin cream OTC is commonly sold as a pain reliever. Why? Capsaicin depletes a neurotransmitter called substance P, which is responsible for sending pain signals to the brain. If we block the huge P, we never notice that something is hurting, and therefore ended without pain. Instead of paying for arthritis cream at the store, try to make your own. It offers peace of mind to know exactly what you are absorbing into your skin, and it is gratifying to yourself.

Homemade Hot Pepper Pain Relief Cream- for arthritis & joint pain.

Note: is normal to be a bit of a burning sensation when first applied. If you have sensitive skin, use with caution. Always wear gloves when handling hot pepper powder, and avoid eye contact. If you want to look spectacular when you do this, a pair of glasses is not a bad idea.

1. Original Recipe capsaicin cream

will …

-3 tablespoons cayenne powder
-1 cup grapeseed oil (or any other oil such as almond, olive, jojoba)
-1/2 cup wax grated bees
-A water bath
-A glass jar with a tight lid


Mix 3 tablespoons cayenne powder 1 cup of your choice heat oil in a double boiler over medium heat 5-10 minutes. Stir in one cup of grated beeswax 1/2 and continue stirring until it is completely melted and everything is mixed together. Cool the mixture in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, and then mix. Chill for another 10-15 and then whip again before placing it in a glass jar with a tight lid and store in refrigerator. It will keep for 1 ½ weeks, apply daily as needed for pain.

2. Super-Strength Cream

The hotter the pepper, the more capsaicin it has, so this cream super strength.

-1 cup of beeswax
-4 tablespoons powder Habanero
-4 cups grapeseed or another oil, such as almond, jojoba, olive or
-A water bath
-A glass jar with a tight lid


Combine 4 tablespoons Habanero powder with 4 cups grapeseed or olive oil in a double boiler. Let this mixture warm over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. After warming, melt 1 cup of beeswax in the mixture and stir until everything is mixed together gently. Let cool for 10 minutes in the refrigerator and then mix. Cool for 10-15 minutes and then whisk together again before pouring into a glass container with a tight lid and refrigerate. You must maintain your power for 1 1/2 weeks. Apply as needed for pain, stop using if any irritation occurs.

3. A little extra cream

This cream includes another remarkable anti-inflammatory and pain reducers turmeric and ginger, and cayenne.

-3 cups grapeseed oil, or any other such as almond oil, jojoba, olive or
– 3 tablespoons cayenne
-1/2 cup of beeswax
-3 tablespoons turmeric
-2 tablespoons ground ginger
-A water bath


Mix 3 tablespoons of ground cayenne pepper, 3 tablespoons turmeric, and 2 tablespoons ground ginger. Add this to 3 cups grapeseed oil in a water bath and stir until well blended. Heat over medium heat for 5-10 minutes and then add 1/2 cup of beeswax. Stir until the wax has melted completely and everything is mixed together, then remove from heat and cool in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes are carried out and beat together and then refrigerate for another 10, that mixes again at the end. Put in a glass jar with a tight lid in the refrigerator, where it will keep for 1 ½ weeks. Apply as needed for pain, but this cream, rub in as much as you can and then let it dry before rinsing. Turmeric really spot.


When the cream is used, actually take the time to massage gently into each painful joint. The little stimulation helps to get your circulation pumping and your blood flowing through your joints ago. Important notice about using!

If you do not want small pieces of spices in there, follow the steps below to obtain an oil infusion for use in soft cream (this makes it easier to get absorbed.)

Mix oil and spices for any recipe you choose to do. Heat over medium heat in a double boiler for 15 minutes, then remove to cool and infuse for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, strain through a cheesecloth and reserve oil infusion. After sneaks melt beeswax in a water bath, and poured into the oil infusion. Stir until well blended, then follow the same steps for cooling, flogging, and store than the last.

Warning : These spices stain. Wear an apron or clothing that does not mind risking making these.
