our stocks are anything but simple, and most of us will find ourselves overworked and exhausted from time to time, or all the time. Fatigue, a fatigue, is much more than a feeling overworked and just being sleepy, but can make you want to curl up in bed and forget the rest of the world. Strain in everyday life and affects their physical and mental well-being by making it very difficult, if not impossible, to do things. My own personal struggles with fatigue at the point of tensions, it is difficult for people to understand the horrible exhaustion unless they experience themselves. To the outside world, you just look lazy when all you want to do is stay in bed.
Fatigue is one thing unwieldy as it is a symptom or disease such imprecise. There is physical fatigue, emotional exhaustion, fatigue as a symptom or a disease in itself. There is a good chance that there is an underlying medical condition that causes fatigue, such as depression or low blood sugar, and this must be addressed before they can hope to get rid of exhaustion. But if you have not been able to determine the cause of your fatigue (and of course I had checked out by a doctor) it can often be traced back to a series of habits and lifestyles that seem to have a tendency to develop in the modern world. If you find dogging his steps and sliding down, do not sink into despair, there are lots of changes you can make and natural remedies you can use to combat a sense of efficiency.
1. Stay active
are very quick to assume that if we are exhausted, we should take a nap. But have you ever noticed that if you lie in bed all day, except for the recovery or illness, feels weaker? Your head may feel a bit fuzzy and sore, and feels like the energy was sucked out of your body, rather than replaced. This is due to excessive sleep or sleeping has the exact opposite effect you want to have, while exercise increases our long-term energy. If you feel tired and does not move around much, you may just need a good regular dose of fresh air to rejuvenate your body and mind. As a bonus, when you rest, you will feel much better and be much more refreshing than if you had sat all day doing nothing. It also improves mood, thanks to the endorphins are released, and the gloomy feeling is a major contributor to fatigue.
Note :. Excessive or extreme activity can sometimes create a sense of fatigue, however usually feel refreshed in the long run
-a good pair of shoes (optional , unless you plan on entering a store.)
Directions / Tips
is very important that you keep your regular exercise to increase your energy, especially in the long term. Do not set the bar too high in the beginning if you think you will easily discouraged try a 4-mile run. Just lace up, slip on, or leave your shoes and go outside. Taking your dog for a walk, go for a walk through anything, even an occasional bit of exercise is better than nothing. If the weather does not cooperate, turn on some tunes and come to a training routine interior. As you get into the habit, gradually increase your activity level.
2. Drink some water Potato
While a glass filled to the water’s edge fresh potato may not sound like the first thing you would like to relax on a hot day in summer, it’s actually a good home remedy for fatigue. Soaking the potato slices in the water makes a beverage rich in potassium, which can help you feel less tired and slow, and it replenishes a mineral that many people have trouble getting enough. Such as magnesium, the body does not produce potassium should be consumed from external sources. Because our diets these days tend to lean towards being deficient in nutrients, it is not surprising that we are lacking in the department potassium.
Potassium does not give a direct jolt of energy, for example, but along with magnesium (as well as calcium chloride) is an electrolyte that is vital for the proper functioning of our cells and release energy and the conduction of electricity. Without enough of it, our muscles do not work properly and our nerve impulses would not shoot right. By ensuring you have healthy levels of potassium, you can gain an advantage over feeling bored and tired all the time.
-1 unpeeled potatoes
-8 oz freshwater
Cut potatoes (no need peeling IT- I realize that I show them peeled in the picture, but I went on autopilot) and add to a glass of water. Let steep overnight in the fridge and drink it first thing in the morning.
3. Promote red blood cells in the blood-
Iron is important. Without it, our body can not produce enough red blood cells. Red blood cells contain hemoglobin, the iron-rich protein that carries oxygen throughout the body. Many people think that the use of oxygen which ends when it enters our lungs, but must travel through our bodies and are given to all our cells and organs to work. As you can imagine, the lack of oxygen could lead to a decrease in body that functions, thus leading to fatigue. This is known as iron deficiency anemia. To combat this, make a tea with nettle leaves (preferred fresh, but also dried. Works) Nettle is rich in iron and vitamin C. The last part is important because vitamin C has been shown to help to increase the absorption of nonheme iron (iron found in plants to fish, meat, etc.), which is not always easily absorbed as heme iron. Adding a dandelion increases the iron content of this tea even more, but beware, it is bitter, so I recommend a lot of honey!
-1 cup each dandelion and nettle fresh or 2 teaspoons dry each tooth lion and nettles
-1 cup of freshly boiled water
His favorite cup
Bring water to boil and place the herbs in a cup. Pour boiling water over them and cover, let stand for 10 minutes. Remove the herbs, add lots of honey to taste, and drink 2 times a day.
4. Get some ginseng
Possibly the “most famous of all Chinese herbs,” so it is a strong basis, taking into account the dates of Chinese herbal medicine for hundreds thousands of years and is full of herbs staples and natural ingredients. But Ginseng has a special place in history, despite its many varieties can be performed using a bit confusing. Ginseng refers to any of the 11 species of slow-growing perennial plants in the genus Panax. It is located in North America and East Asia. Often referred to as an herb “adaptogen” which means it helps the body adapt to stress, whether that stress is caused by being in an extreme heat or cold, hunger or tiredness / fatigue (just think adaptogens = fit stress.) is believed to help the body cope with stress by improving the health of the adrenal system, which is the command center of the body when it comes to their hormonal response to stress. Cortisol, the hormone “stress” may affect whether you sleep through the night, and dictate whether you can go back to sleep because it suppresses melatonin, we have to have a regular cycle of sleep / wake. Excess cortisol, feel and can be fatigued and exhausted, because your sleep is disrupted. In the morning our cortisol levels are at their peak, and then gradually falling throughout the day, but still too high, this diurnal rhythm will be thrown out, like the precious sleep you need to rejuvenate. Having some ginseng may help regulate cortisol, and help you get the rest it needs to function properly.
-1 tablespoon of dried ginseng roots or 1 inch of fresh ginseng root
-1 cup of fresh water
-Honey / lemon to taste
section to 1 inch of ginseng root into small pieces, and place 1 tablespoon of dried ginseng in a tea ball. Cover with hot water and let stand, covered, for 10 minutes. Add honey and lemon, or to taste and replace your morning coffee. Ginseng should be drunk every day to have some effect.
5. Perk-Up with citrus
adore citrus in almost all its forms. From lemon juice to orange juice and everything else, no longer useful for home remedies, and it is refreshing as rise. In the case of fatigue, start the day with a glass of lemon water. The smell of freshly cut lemon alone encourage instantly, and hydration set the day for success. lemon water helps a number of conditions, such as prevention of constipation, but there is something about him that just revitalize a tired body. If you are dragging in the middle of the day, enjoy another glass. I could not make a list of the molecular components of water and chemical lemon fight fatigue, I can say anecdotally that I (among many others) is almost wonderful when it comes to keeping up on energy.
Squeeze half a lemon / freshly sliced lime in a glass of water. If it’s winter, it’s warm water if it is summer, enjoy it chilled! Drink the whole thing, and repeat twice a day (with a pulse half day if necessary.)
6. Make your own energy drink
not rely on store-bought “energy drinks”. They are, in my opinion, one of the most ridiculous schemes to take over marketing in recent years. You are paying an absurd amount for something that is doing more harm than good, and really not going to wake up in the long run. It will, in all reality, probably worse. So make your own place-they are delicious, satisfying, good for you, and give you the wonderful long-lasting power you’re seeking.
7. Hello, Yoga.
Like so many things that become fashionable, the image of yoga has been somewhat distorted. If you avoid because you think of it as a fad that draws crowds of young people who hang out before jumping to the juice bar, simply delete that thought. Sure you could be part of it now, but yoga dates back to 6th centuries roughly 5 and BC, long before stretchy pants became a staple of the closets throughout Western society. Yoga is not only a form of physical exercise, but also spiritual. It helps to calm the mind, focus on your breathing, and TAME internal turbulence (which can be very tiring day after day.) The physical part of yoga, like many forms of exercise, actually increase your energy. The combination of mind and body work can make you feel like a new person, and in fact even recognized as a form of alternative medicine to combat chronic fatigue by the Mayo Clinic. No need to even join a class (although I love having an instructor) -you can do it right at home.
-A bit of self-discipline
Forget the trendy and a must try. There are specific positions that help energize, like tree pose, downward dog and cobra. Some require concentration and attention, others are more to strengthen muscles and increase flexibility, but all can help fight fatigue.
8. Love your licorice
Licorice root is an herb that tend to go when it comes to something like a sore throat, but one of its main components (glycyrrhizin) can really help with fatigue and especially fatigue associated with less than -optimal adrenal function. Like ginseng, which may help regulate cortisol levels. It actually helps to increase cortisol, which may seem counterintuitive (read ginseng remedy for a briefing on what the cortisol), but if you are not producing enough, your body can sometimes produce an excess in an attempt to compensate. This may make you feel tired during the day, but laying awake at night and frustrated. Cortisol requires a balance between too much and you can not sleep, too little and the rest will also be interrupted.
-1 tablespoon dried licorice root
-1 cup of water
-Honey / lemon to taste
Steep 1 tablespoon dried licorice root in boiling water, covered, for 10 minutes. Strain, add honey / lemon to taste, and drink first thing in the morning.
9. More magnesium
I mention magnesium lot but it is an important mineral that really really suffer lack of these days. The body does not produce magnesium on its own that depends on us (and our diets) to provide this essential nutrient. The problem is that many diets these days suffer from a lack of good wholesome food. It is a cofactor in 300 enzymes regulating systems, along with a wide variety of biochemical reactions. Everything from muscle and nerve function, protein synthesis and energy production requires magnesium. The best way to get the right amount is to eat the right foods rather than taking a supplement. Green leafy vegetables, nuts, fish, whole grains, and bananas are rich in magnesium.
-Magnesium foods or high quality supplement
Include a healthy dose of magnesium-rich foods to your daily diet, or take a high quality supplement. Adults should take more than 350 mg / day as supplements, as more and more in terms of diet is not necessarily harmful, it is easier to take the form of concentrates too much on supplements.
10. Eat (and drink) good things.
What is food for us? Why does it matter? It is literally our energy is our fuel. We tend to overlook its importance in today’s society. It’s right hand all the time, and the old saying “you are what you eat” has taken a back seat. But if skimp on meals or things on our diet sugary, greasy, fatty, food beverages, we will not run right, or at all. You will find yourself feeling exhausted and tired.
When we eat, our bodies carbohydrates (sugars and starches) that are broken down and then back into glucose (blood sugar) and absorbed into the bloodstream break down. In short, glucose is the energy required for all systems go, from our brain to the muscles of the legs to the heart, and everything else. Now all carbohydrates are not good for you, it should be complex carbohydrates. Complex carbohydrates are made of long, complex (hence the name), chains of sugar molecules. This is converted to glucose, and gives us energy. Simple carbohydrates such as sugar cakes and cookies, artificial syrup, candy, etc. provide essentially zero your body, contributing to weight gain (among other things) and you will not feel so hot. These simple carbohydrates have only 1 or 2 sugars and burn quickly. You can get a temporary boost of energy as glucose peaks, but you’re going to crash pretty quickly. Complex carbohydrates will give you a steady, even releasing energy. If you’re eating an unhealthy diet, chances are you’re eating bad carbs, and that means not turning a lot of food into energy, which is probably why you are fatigued.
Consider the following tips and questions:
List of content: The higher sugar and lower fiber worse the carbohydrate . Use that as a general guide to indicate that carbohydrates are good or bad.
know the good from the bad: The word “carbohydrate” has been tossed around a lot, first we hear are good, then, suddenly, they’re bad for you. The answer is that they are both, but we can easily separate the good from the bad. the good is necessary, so educate yourself and not away from carbohydrates in whole or drained you.
The fiber, fiber, fiber and more fiber: Foods rich in fiber are digested more slowly than foods with very little fiber, avoiding peaks in the levels of blood sugar. Examples are whole grains, fruits, vegetables and beans.
Is refined? It is processed 😕 Foods such as white bread and white rice are stripped of fiber and full of simple carbohydrates. Avoid along with the obvious things like fast food, sugary snacks, soft drinks, etc.
11. Nip Naps (sort of)
Naps are precious. There is nothing like having the luxury of being able to doze off in the middle of the day and wake up feeling refreshed and new. It is actually healthy to have time to nap so far. Reduce fatigue, sharpen your mind working, improve your mood and make you more alert. But they are also a double-edged sword when it comes to being one of the home remedies for fatigue or-Would you ever taken a long nap and woke feeling dazed, disoriented, and more tired than before? I know sometimes I feel so sucked into a nap can just wake up and when you do, you probably would not pass a field sobriety test because I’m so out of it. It’s the classic “too much of a good” stage.
The biological clock is pulled out when too much sleep, and gets its power cell cycles. This makes you feel tired, dizzy, and “drunken sleep.” That dizziness is called sleep inertia, and it happens when he wakes abruptly from slow-wave sleep. Because it does not take a nap through a full cycle of sleep, often wake you slow wave sleep. This can seriously affect the way that the function of sleep inertia may take 2-4 hours to dissipate. However, there is a right way to take a nap-just need a bit of self-control.
-A cozy place to nap
The brain goes into slow-wave sleep after about 20- 30 minutes, so limit your time for a “power nap.” Unless you’re very sleep deprived, 20 minutes or so nap should feel refreshed and alert, not groggy, tired, and the temptation to go to sleep. Take time not too close to bedtime to enjoy an energy boost.
12. The Special spinach
As cliché as it sounds, Popeye was really onto something with spinach and energy / force that gives. Rich in iron, which can help increase the number of red blood cells, thus providing you with more energy and fighting anemia. It’s also full of magnesium-1 cup of spinach contains 39% of the recommended daily intake of magnesium. Early research shows that even can improve muscle function during a workout.
-At least 1 cup of spinach
Enjoy at least 1 cup of spinach a day, raw or cooked.
Fatigue is a difficult thing because you have to not only find out what is causing it, but also be dedicated to overcoming it. This is, of course, it made even more difficult by the fact that you’re exhausted all the time. One of my favorite quotes is “seeing the obstacle is one thing, getting around it is another.” Remember there are two halves to battle, and the second actually get around this obstacle, usually the most difficult. Stick with it!
