Right now I’m in a pretty crazy and restrictive diet as I am trying to locate some allergies foods that have been bothering me. So I’ve been eating mostly vegetables and fruits, I’ve been craving a good black chocolate. However, even the best black chocolate I can find all appear to contain dairy products, soy, sugar and all the things I’m trying to avoid.

Well, last night I hit the jackpot. I found a healthy chocolate fudge recipe I’ve changed a bit on the basis of the ingredients I had – and I’m so glad I did

Recipe Ingredients:

also make sure you have a bit of parchment paper in hand.

how to make it:

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan on the stove over medium-low heat.

2. Once melted and mixed well, pour into a baking dish on parchment paper on the bottom and sides.

3. Place the dish in the fridge for a few hours.

4. Chop the chocolate into pieces black and enjoy!

Final Thoughts

This chocolate is very dark and rich and surprising. If you want a little sweeter you can – of course – be a little more generous with honey
