How to whiten teeth at home – the best free chemistry Way!;
I’m always looking for the best way to get good white teeth without using harsh chemicals. In fact, I looked up many natural ways to do it …. I thought all of what the ancient Romans, goat milk and urine , to mixed with baking soda strawberries! I do not think you want to try the first way and the second not work found very well, so I’ll tell you what works best for me, coconut oil and baking soda.
When I was in college, I used to use whitening strips a few times a year to get my very white teeth. More than 100 million Americans spend money every year on products to whiten teeth, but there is an easier cheaper and safer to achieve a white smile way.
Although I have to admit, the strips did a great job, I was always concerned about the damage he was doing to my teeth and body by using whitening strips of chemical origin.
So over the years I have stopped using them and started experimenting with natural ways to keep teeth white. Then I heard the health benefits of oil pulling, I soon realized the wonderful added benefit of whiter teeth to do it every day! At the same time, I was only using baking soda to brush my teeth and one day when I saw my photos I realized my teeth looked noticeably whiter.
Using both coconut oil and baking soda gave me great results I wanted! All it involves is pulling with coconut oil and brushing with baking soda oil! Not only is this great combination for whitening teeth, but also to keep them white!
Are harmful chemicals whitening strips?
Most tooth whiteners contain chemical ingredients such as coal tar, aluminum and benzene. The worst thing is that these chemicals can be absorbed into your body or even accidentally ingested while used to whiten your teeth.
remember always hated it when I used the white strips and a bit of ‘whitening gel “would be released from the strip. I did not want to swallow during the 30 minutes I had to!
The studies have found that approximately 25 percent of bleaching chemicals teeth swallowed. Uff!
Another concern is that the bleaching chemicals can cause pain, cold sensitivity / heat , chemical burns gum irritation, and increased tooth sensitivity.
Here’s how to whiten teeth at home with no chemicals in just two steps ……
what you need:
do oil pulling for 20 to 30 minutes If you are not familiar with traction oil, all you have to do is take 1 tablespoon. coconut oil and swish in the mouth for at least 20 minutes. Although it is in the mouth swish and pull the oil between the teeth. When time is up, spit and rinse your mouth with water. Read more on my tung oil pulling .
After oil extraction, rinse your mouth with water. Then use the toothbrush to gently brush teeth with pure sodium bicarbonate. I usually put a little baking soda in hand and dip the wet toothbrush in baking soda, so that it adheres well.
How it works:
Many say their teeth whiter right after making oil discounting over time, so when this is combined with baking soda, is you know you will get great results!
traction oil can help remove plaque and stain . It is said to help remove plaque due to a high content of coconut oil lauric acid, which fights bacteria in the mouth. Some also say it works because lipids coconut oil helps dissolve fat and since the plate is fat soluble, which helps get rid of plaque.
Therefore, when combined the benefits of bleaching oil pulling with sodium bicarbonate, the best results are obtained. Baking soda also helps to remove plaque and stains. This is because the brushing with baking helps to gently remove surface stains from teeth bicarbonate, as it is slightly abrasive.
How often should you do:
Click oil pulling 2 times a day, every day and brush with baking soda just after 3 to 4 times a week to start, and decreased once a week or once every two weeks after noticing a whiter smile.
I brush with baking soda after oil pulling once a week or so, just to keep teeth white.
How White Do your teeth?
My teeth were noticeably whiter once after pulling oil and immediately brushing with baking soda afterwards. After a few weeks my teeth were definitely shades whiter. And the best part is that we have had quite white! Even though I often drink tea.
I would say that my teeth are a very good white shade, but not ridiculously super bright white as it used to do with toxic stripes.
I’d love to know your results if you tried pulling oil or baking soda.
