Not being able to sleep well or all night without waking up several times is one of the worst feelings ..especially when it happens night after night. It can really make you feel terrible and not good for you either. I never had trouble sleeping until recent months. I began to wake up every night at 2am and 4am. Then my sleep problems worse, because after 4 am hit, I could not go back to sleep at all and I’d be there awake until 9am.
