Even some of the most health conscious people neglect their feet. It is easy to do until you start to feel discomfort, it is highly likely that with studies showing that most Americans have experienced pain in the foot, about 75%!

These 5 quick movements are excellent to strengthen and stretch the muscles of vital foot that can help in the prevention or relief common sore feet
- toe grip
drop a pencil on the floor and use your fingers to grasp and lift the ground. Take the handle for 10 seconds and relax. Repeat five times with each foot.
- toe presses
Stand with feet hip width and grip the floor with your fingers for 20 seconds and relax. Repeat 10 times.
- toe extension with resistance
placing an elastic band around the five toes. Stretch your little finger and toe in opposite directions as they are able, withstanding the pressure of the elastic band. Hold the stretch for 5 seconds and relax. Repeat 5 times with each foot.
- Calf Stretch
Sit with one leg out in front of you and the other bent comfortably inward toward your body. Wrap a towel or exercise band around the ball of the foot extended and pull back gently. Stop and hold the position for 10 seconds when a difficult stretch, but still comfortable in the arch of the foot and calf sits. Repeat the stretch 5 times with each leg.
- Take a ride!
Walking is the best exercise for your feet, as it promotes healthy blood circulation and muscle development. The goal of taking several short breaks to walk all day and go barefoot whenever possible to direct the smaller muscles of the feet that are limited in their shoes all day.
Include these simple exercises along with healthy footwear that provides adequate arch support buffer , and alignment into your daily routine to regain or maintain their health feet!
