Even I have the same to treat my cold. This home remedy is so simple and easy. Give your child three times a day for 3 days from the first day of cold. Your child will recover quickly from cold. 1. Honey – 1 teaspoon for children | 1 tablespoon adults

2. cinnamon stick – 1 inch or cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon

3. Water – 3 tablespoons

Instructions:

1. Make a fine powder of cinnamon stick. I use my grindstone to her dust. Sieve to obtain fine powder if you are giving to children.

2. Mix 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder 3 tablespoons water for children.

3. Heat the water and the mixture of cinnamon in a small saucepan and cook cinnamon. Bring to room temperature and 1 teaspoon of honey (for children) or 1 tablespoon honey (for adults). Eat mixture.

Notes:

1. Give this mixture of honey and cinnamon tid for three days. I have seen it reduce my child cold in just 1.5 days without any medication.

2. It will be good if you start taking time once you have cold symptoms.

3. Try to make this as fresh as possible. It is good for sore throat if you have it hot.
