Recipe Coconut Flour Bread (Paleo);
follow the paleo diet, but I have to tell you a secret, sometimes I wish I could go back to my days of pre-paleo and eat some homemade bread old-fashioned. The bread was always difficult to give up everything because the bread used to be my comfort food; my mother always made us tea and freshly made when we do not feel good bread. So my goal now that I’m paleo, is to make the perfect recipe for delicious bread paleo fantastic ,!
So this weekend when it was covered with snow, that experienced with making a loaf of bread flour coconut. I love my old recipe for bread slices coconut flour , but since the recipe takes longer to do, wanted to experiment and make a new recipe that takes less time and could be sliced more easily . After trying four different variations of this bread, I finally realized the perfect recipe that makes yummy bread!
What this coconut bread flour is ideal for:
This coconut flour bread is fluffy and moist, and slices well. It could be used for bread, but not as strong as conventional bread mold (if you try to bend it too, can be broken in half). Two ways I like to serve this bread are with coconut butter marmalade fruit like blueberry jam on top of each slice o. Just this morning, I cooked an egg sunny side and put it on top of a slice of bread and tasted amazing! I think it will be my new go to breakfast food now.
also tastes great as it is! My mother tried a piece and said it reminded him of old fashioned cake she used to love as a child, “so soft and melt in your mouth good!”
Why I used egg whites instead of whole eggs:
I was reading the ingredients labels on some of the labels of bread in our freezer (my family eats gluten-free bread and some conventional) bread and I realized that they all have egg whites as an ingredient instead of eggs. Then I started researching the use of egg whites on bread. I found that a lot of sites said egg whites create a stronger and less dense packaged bread.
In my first attempt, I made this recipe using whole eggs and 4 came out a little too dense and not as fluffy as it did with the use of the combination of 1 egg and egg white. Egg whites also appear to improve the bread, so it is stronger and less prone to fall apart or crumble as easily.
1. Add all ingredients except the apple cider vinegar and baking soda in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Add the vinegar and baking apple cider (which forms bubbles and effervescence) bicarbonate. Mix the dough.
3. Use a teaspoon of coconut oil to grease a loaf pan (I used this Pan 7.5 3.5 )
. * Note: This recipe is a loaf of bread smaller. If you want bigger slices of bread, you may want to double the recipe and use a larger pan bread.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until the top is lightly browned bread.
