I was raised as most Americans were trying to make the healthiest choices possible, but without knowing exactly what they were healthy choices. I thought eating whole wheat pasta, consumption of skim milk and trying to keep my low-carb was quite healthy. I was proud of my ability to jump desserts (most of the time) and eat salads for lunch. I had no idea that true health is much more than simply the absence of disease. I had some strange ailments that bothered me from time to time -. Vertigo, GERD and back pain / persistent neck, but never considered them serious health problems

Once I had my first child, who has a vision of the importance of true health. She suffered from frequent colds and congestion. She would be sick and healthy for two weeks a few days, and then sick again. He had frequent pains belly and dark circles under the eyes. My heart ached to help her, but none of the doctors believe anything was wrong with her. I was told that this was what was going to be for her. I refused to believe my sweet little girl had to live like that.

I decided enough was enough, and enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I was going to become a certified health coach and help my child get healthy! And guess what? I DO!!! I had no idea that attendance at this school would be so life changing. Not only for me but for my family as well. The education I received turned me on many levels. Not only physically through nutrition, but also mentally. I have become more patient, very complete and balanced woman, mother and wife. I have a lot more appreciation for good health and happiness that I’ve done before. I am able to slow down, smell the roses and appreciate the little things in life.

My transformation was so amazing, I just had to share this gift with others. I decided to open my own practice as a certified health coach and wellness founded Get Real. My motto is “Real people, real solutions and real results.” I promise to always keep real with my customers! Nothing brings me more joy than to see my clients cry tears of happiness of the changes they have seen in your life. As a vehicle for change is something quite amazing. health problems my daughter was a harrowing experience, but I would not change it for anything. She is now a happy, healthy girl, and the whole family has benefited a lot from this journey to better health.
